I made some meatballs

I made these myself! This is the first time I made meatballs and it was easy and they were gooood! I substituted regular meat with turkey meat and cooked them instead of fried them to make it leaner.

Meatballs

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 lb ground sausage or turkey sausage
1 egg or 1 egg white
1/2 can evaporated milk (fat free)
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped fine
1 cup breadcrumbs or oatmeal (I usually use oatmeal)
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Pull out two cookies sheets and cover with foil; spray the foil with non-stick spray. Roll your sleeves up and get ready to get dirty...mix all the ingredients in bowl, using your hands to mix everything together. Roll meat into golf-sized balls and place on cookie sheets. Cook for 30 minutes or until they are cooked all the way through. We ate them with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
Yumminess.
