One of Bobbi's friend's made this for the family - and it is so good. Just your standard Sunday roast, but I think with different seasonings that make it so tasty!!!
Ingredients
3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1 10+ oz cream of mushroom soup
1 4+ oz can sliced mushrooms, with juice
2-4 potatoes (we used 2)
carrots
1 onion, quartered
Directions
Put roast in a pot with a lid, no searing or oil needed.
Sprinkle on onion soup, mushroom soup, and mushrooms and juice. (Lift roast a bit so liquids can go under it).
Cover and cook for 2 1/2 hours at 350.
Remove from oven, add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
Cook for 1 more hour.
Spoon gravy made in the pot over veggies.
Super yummy!!!
