crockpot shredded chicken

This is Tanja's recipe but I'm posting it because she hasn't it and it yummmmmmy! And easy.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
half a block of cream cheese - cut into cubes
half a packet of ranch or italian dressing mix 
(ooops, just saw the half part - I put the whole packet in and it tasted good :)

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 3-4 hrs (my crockpot cooks fast and the chicken was done in 2 hrs). Shred the chicken and put it back in the crockpot and mix it all up - if the cream cheese hasn't quite melted, it will in this final process. 

* serve over rice if you used ranch dressing or pasta if you used italian dressing

I only have tried the ranch style with rice, and we just gobbled it up. There was one serving left for lunch the next day - that's it! But it fed the 3 of us happily.
